I always experience amazing service here. Before Pleasant Car Care I was paranoid of getting ripped off and tired of dealing with strange scenarios at the dealership. Never again! There were a few things in my car that needed to be addressed and PCC was happy to show me pictures, explain what is going on, and tell me the options. Never pushy, always helpful. I didn't expect to notice anything different and was surprised by how significantly better it felt to drive my car. Super happy. Thank you!

This is clearly the most honest , respectful, competent staff I’ve ever encountered in the automotive industry. They evaluate , prioritize and clearly explain anything going on with my car and always make me feel comfortable with the work being done. Honestly and integrity seems to be the staple of this business. Thanks Charlie and the entire staff for fixing my brakes and making me safe again.

Very Professional. Very understanding of customers desires. Work was accomplished faster than what i was expecting. I will be testing vehicle in the upcoming days to see if water pump install was excellent. So far Taurus feels good. Will visit again.

Always have a great experience. I have a high mileage vehicle that I wouldn't trust in any other hands. It is no doubt still running great due to the service at Pleasant Car Care. Recently they've been texting pictures of areas in the car that need attention while it is in the shop. Being able to actually see what needs to be done before they do any work is huge for making informed decisions and highlights their goal of building trust with customers.

I've had to bring my car in twice and both times they've been incredibly kind and waled me through whatever issues were going on. I obviously don't want to have to bring my car in, but when I do I'm so grateful that they're available.

The worst kind of circumstances to take your car to a repair shop is where the answer to "what's the problem?" Is "I don't know." Pleasant makes that a lot easier. They are dedicated to finding and fixing my car, not just getting me in and out. Real pros. Special shout-out to Sean at the front desk - he's the best!
